I just wanted to show some love to my fiancee so I asked for a dozen Rose's and for it to not be so costly and to my surprise she recieved 2 dozen Rose's without charging extra, I'm locked in as a customer from now on. Thanks so much Giovy, you made our day!

Flowers were ordered specifically for the color & vase color. Flowers arrived in a green vs blue vase. Very disappointed. Arrangement was gorgeous. Detail of the vase was a big miss.

Thank you very much for your feedback, this is very important to us. We try very hard to keep vases in stock. It is difficult to take pictures down of website because vases are sold out. We try to keep color very difficult. Maybe next time, we will give you a call and inform you about the sub.

Last month myself and another Charlotte wedding photographer put together a styled shoot in Maiden, North Carolina. The shoot had a color theme of burgundy, mauves, blushes, and loads of greenery. Southern Blossom executed our vision to perfection with the most beautifully arranged bouquets, boutonnieres, and spare florals for details. Flowers are really important to me when it comes to the look of a wedding and I could not have asked for a better partner in our styled shoot. A huge thank you to this incredibly talented team!

I appreciated the great customer service with the fruit basket I ordered. Southern Blossom gave a courtesy call to see if our employee was pleased with the arrangement and then Southern Blossom was kind enough to call me to let me know that they were enjoying the basket. I asked for delivery on 10/29/15 and did not receive notification from you of the delivery until 11/2/15 so I do not know on what date the flowers were delivered. I was told the flowers were fresh, but no comment on the arrangement.

We are sorry that we did not click on our already delivered. We delivered your arrangement on the same day per request. I am sorry the recipient was not specific about the look of the arrangement. If you needed to know, I would gladly taken a picture and send it to you. I assure you everything we send out is beautiful be are very proud of our designs. You are welcome to see our facebook page our own designs. Next time, we can call you and let you know it was deliver and send you a picture of the arrangement.

I wouldn't pay the extra charge for quick delivery the same day. I placed the order @ 8:15 and I had to call and complain in order to get them delivered before 4 PM. Not so happy with that kind of service. The arrangement was very nice once it arrived.

I called several florists in the area but did not offer the fabulous customer service and friendliness they this shop offered.
